About the position
As part of our development, we are looking for a work-study student in marketing and communications to support the structuring and visibility of our brand among players in the retail and industrial sectors.
As part of the marketing team, you will participate in the implementation of communication initiatives, content creation, and lead generation.
Your responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain automations between marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools to streamline the lead-to-revenue cycle, ensure data reliability, and improve sales performance. AI, LLM & Automation
- Design advanced automations based on large language models (LLMs) - Implement RAG systems (knowledge bases, contextualization, response quality)
- Orchestrate AI workflows for generating content, marketing messages, and videos
- Build smart connections between LinkedIn, CRM, and email marketing: Synchronize data, alerts, and actions throughout the lead → opportunity → conversion cycle. AI-powered Sales Operations
- Scraping, enriching, and organizing prospect databases
- Intent detection and lead scoring
- Multi-channel campaigns, continuous A/B testing, and performance optimization for Content & Growth Marketing
- Creating conversion-focused Webflow landing pages
- Automated generation of “hybrid” content (AI + human validation) - Editorial calendar driven by business insights and use cases
Desired profile
- Business, communications, or marketing student (Bachelor's degree or higher)
- Interest in data, technology, and innovation topics
- Good writing skills
- Curiosity, independence, and initiative
- Comfortable with digital tools and social media
An understanding of B2B, SaaS, or retail topics is a plus.
